Caring, Sharing & Serving During COVID-19
Church on the Heights is committed to caring, sharing and serving during the pandemic. Even though we are not having services in-person due to COVID-19, social distancing has not stopped us from reaching out to members of our church and the Heights community to show we care and share God's blessings with families who need our help.
Thanks to the faithful giving of our members we have been able to help several families and individuals in the past several weeks. Here are just a few highlights:
We provided housing for a homeless family of seven that otherwise might have been sleeping in their car or seperated.
We packed bags with food and supplies for 22 single parent families, delivering many of them so they could weather the hardships so many are facing during the health crisis and economic downturn.
We cut grass for a community member who has a large yard and was not able to manage it.
Your generosity is helping keep families safe and secure during this pandemic. We have been blessed to be a blessing to families and advance the kingdom of God; to share His love in tangible ways and open the door to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Thank you so much for your giving during this diificult but great time to show the love of Jesus.
